Hey guys,
Another recipe for the low calorie recipes. This recipe has slightly more calories at around 266kcal. This is a really good start to the day and will keep you going to lunch time. Serves 4 people.
Ingredients:
100g of porridge oats
1/2 tsp of cinnamon, and any to serve
4 tsp of demerara sugar
450ml of semi-skimmed or skimmed milk
3 sliced banana
400g of blueberries
150g pot of fat-free yoghurt
1. In a medium sauce pan and put in the oats, cinnamon, milk, sugar and half of the bananas.
2. Put the pan on the heat and stir until it comes to the boil. Once it has come to the boil turn the heat down and stir it on a medium heat for 4-5 mins.
3. Remove from the heat and divide between 4 bowls. Then top with blueberries and the rest of the bananas, low fat yoghurt and a sprinkling of sugar.
