Kallo Rice Cakes with Cream Cheese, Tomato and Red Onion

Hey guys,

Here is a savory snack that is easy to make and can be something simple that you can have after coming back from work/school. Kallo rice cakes have only 25 kcal per rice cake and have only corn (99%) and sea salt(1%) in them.

Ingredients: 

2 Kallo rice cakes
1 large tomato
1/2 a red onion
1 tsp of olive oil
cream cheese
pepper

Method:

1. First dice your onions and tomatoes into small chunks. Then mix them with the oil and leave on the side.

2. Put a generous amount of cream cheese all over the Kallo rice cakes. Then drain most of the oil from the onions and tomatoes and split the mixture onto the two rice cakes. Drizzle with the oil that is left and sprinkle on some pepper if you like.

3. Then they are ready to eat! These are a good snack and will give you energy to last till dinner time.
