As the sun is coming out I have been loving detox juices that are fresh and packed with good vitamins. I think that this recipes is a really good juice if you want something more fresh but still thick and yummy. Limes, cucumbers and mint always go so well together so I thought that this would be a good recipe to share with you guys.
Ingredients:
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and roughly chopped
big bunch of mint
1/4 cup of sugar
1 1/4 cup of water (you can also use coconut water if you would like)
handful of ice, to serve
lime slices, to serve
Method:
1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend until it is a good consistency. It may still be a little bit bitty so put it through a sieve, pushing through as much liquid as possible.
2. Then put into a large jug, adding in the lime and lime slices. You can keep in the fridge or serve straight away.
