Here is another healthy breakfast recipe. I love heaving a healthy start to the day that will fill me up but not make me feel like I am eating badly. This recipe can be adapted and changed to fit what you like and don't like.
Ingredients:
Low fat natural yoghurt
Mixed pot of raisins, almonds and other nuts and berries
Any fruit you want e.g oranges, mangoes, rasberries etc.
Cinnamon
Honey
Method:
1. Put the yoghurt, fruit and nuts in a bowl and then add much honey and cinnamon as you want.
This simple recipe can be changed but if you want a low sugar breakfast try not to use berries as they have a high sugar content.
